Complaint details

Define the reason for the report, select the location of the place where the events occurred and add the name of the person you are reporting. You can add the names of witnesses if you wish. Finally you must describe everything that happened WITH AS MUCH DETAIL AS POSSIBLE. Don't forget to mention where, what, how, when. You can attach the evidence you have on hand.

Finally, check the box where you declare the veracity of the information you have provided and do not forget to write down your case number and password.

Case Reception

All cases are received automatically after being submitted by the complainant.

Research Allowance

The cases are assigned to a person in charge (investigator), who will have the task of establishing and verifying the recorded facts. Remember that the principle of presumption of innocence prevails, so coherence must always be established between the report and the results of the investigation.

Analysis and Resolution

At the end of the investigation, the person responsible presents a report to the evaluation committee (ethics committee or similar), who will be in charge of making the final decisions on the results, as well as the actions to follow. In this step, sanctions are applied or cases are dismissed if they do not have the necessary support to resolve.

Remedial Actions

These are all the actions that are taken into account to reduce the probability that the reported problem will occur again, as well as the application of the sanctions that were determined for each case.
